Yoga + Mobility Training
We feel more confident and less fearful of injury when we can trust how our body moves. Flexibility is the essence of mobility, and getting older does not have to mean "getting stiffer". Poor posture and alignment harden the fascia within your body, which is why you can't just stretch a muscle and see a quick fix for reduced tension.
Yoga + Mobility Training makes daily movement more fluid by improving flexibility and strengthening less-used muscle groups. Each session is a customized hybrid of yoga, stretching, and myofascial release designed to meet your personal movement goals. The great news about this service is that it only takes a few weeks of consistent practice to see dramatic results, regardless of your age or current fitness level.
Option to work with me 1:1 or find a teammate to join your sessions to make it more fun and less expensive! I work with a number of husband and wife-duos and absolutely love it.
Yoga + Mobility Training is a 4-session package that is encouraged to be used once a week for best results.
$440 - 4 sessions for 1 person
$480 - 4 sessions for 2 people ($60 per person per session)
