Small Group Class Descriptions
WellCommit offers a Yoga Basics class twice a week on Monday and Wednesday evenings. These classes are beginner-friendly and are customized to the students in the room.
This is a fun and approachable class for all levels of yoga experience! You can expect fewer poses and longer holds so that you're able to truly feel the essence of each posture. We'll also use a variety of yoga props to ensure proper alignment and that you're "doing it right." The tone of the class is light-hearted and tailored to the students in the room.
Join me on Mondays and Wednesdays and bring a friend!
