Small Group Weekly Class
WellCommit offers a Yoga Basics class twice a week on Monday and Wednesday evenings, 5:30 - 6:15 p.m.
This is a fun and approachable class for all levels of yoga experience! You can expect fewer poses and longer holds so that you're able to truly feel the essence of each posture. We'll also use a variety of yoga props to ensure proper alignment and that you're "doing it right." The tone of the class is light-hearted and tailored to the students in the room.
Be sure to bring a friend!​​​

Mats and other class props are provided -- All you need to do is register for any class you'd like to attend!

Late cancellations under 24 hours result in the full total cost of service. Avoid wasting sessions by scheduling and procuring a 'sub' to come in your place should you need to cancel late.

Join WellCommit’s newest team member, Julia Stewart, for this special 8-week series! This offering will cover all of our most requested class elements including functional movement, mobility + stamina, strength building and more. Each session will offer movements and exercises that help you find ease in your everyday life, while incorporating strength-based movements fit for all body types.
This offering is optimized for those 50+ and space is limited to 6 participants to ensure individualized attention and instruction.​
