Yoga Basics - Small Group Weekly Class

WellCommit offers a Yoga Basics class twice a week on Monday and Wednesday evenings, 5:30 - 6:15 p.m.

This is a fun and approachable class for all levels of yoga experience! You can expect fewer poses and longer holds so that you're able to truly feel the essence of each posture. We'll also use a variety of yoga props to ensure proper alignment and that you're "doing it right." The tone of the class is light-hearted and tailored to the students in the room.

Join me on Mondays and Wednesdays and bring a friend!

Mats and yoga props are provided -- All you need to do is register for any class you'd like to attend!  See the schedule below.

Late cancellations under 24 hours result in the full total cost of service. Avoid wasting sessions by scheduling and procuring a 'sub' to come in your place should you need to cancel late.
