Our expert practitioners, Stephannie Friend, owner of Resilient Health, and Lindsey Patton, owner of Well Commit will guide you through a carefully curated program that blends movement, mindfulness, education, and self-discovery.

Meridian Yoga Technique Yoga Class

Flow into the day with a rejuvenating yoga session, led by experienced instructors.

Stretch, breathe, and set your intentions for a day of renewal. 

**Yoga Tune Up Balls + and the bag they come in are a requirement for the morning workshop.

Energetic Pain Patterns Workshop

Guided Meditation + Journaling + Discussion

Experience deep relaxation through guided meditation. Followed by journaling and a group discussion to share insights and experiences.

MEET YOUR HOSTS!

Lindsey has been teaching yoga since 2017 and recently completed her 500-hour advanced teacher training. She taught private sessions at a doctor’s office for four years before starting her own yoga and health coaching business in 2021.
 
Lindsey believes that her life’s purpose is to help people feel better by breaking through areas of stagnation. This includes movement, healthier eating, sleeping better, stress management, and making sure to have fun! She is also trained in acupressure, which is the use of physical touch to release tension in our meridians, AKA energetic channels.


Lindsey makes yoga approachable to all bodies and believes that yoga props can make any pose possible. Outside of Yoga, Lindsey loves to travel, try new recipes, and exercise with her husband Frank, and Yellow Lab, Tuna!

Stephannie currently works as a Nationally Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Certified Nutrition Specialist focusing on Nutrition, Exercise, Mindfulness, and Stress Management. She holds a Master of Science in Integrative Health and Nutrition, an NBC-HWC coaching credential, and a Certified Nutrition Specialist credential. Her passion is helping others realize their personal potential through short- and long-term goal setting.

Stephannie’s coaching philosophy is to focus on what changes are realistic and make that happen. Life isn’t perfect, and health isn’t either. You can strive to be your best self every day regardless of life’s ups and downs.

Stephannie has a diverse professional background, which includes four years in the U.S. Air Force. Recently she owned and sold a Pilates Studio where she conducted both physical and nutritional coaching. After her studio, Stephannie focused solely on one-on-one Health and Nutrition Coaching.
