You have the option to work with me privately or attend a small group class.
Whether you are brand new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, individualized instruction is a great way to refine your practice and make sure you are doing the poses correctly. My goal is to make you feel comfortable at your current fitness level and give you the confidence you deserve to get started.
