Flexibility is the essence of mobility. Customized stretching will benefit all ages regardless of current level of activity. Poor posture and alignment hardens the fascia within your body, which is why you can't just stretch a muscle and see a quick fix for reduced tension. The great news about stretching is that with a little patience and commitment to a consistent routine, anyone can improve their current level of flexibility. Customized stretching is especially for those who know they need to stretch, but don't necessarily want to practice yoga. All sessions are taught privately or in a small group setting to encourage you to ask questions and make sure you are learning proper stretching techniques.
